This policy explains how PERIOD LLC, based in Arizona, handles personal information through trentperiod.com, event RSVPs, communications, and advertising. PERIOD LLC operates the website for Trent and the events and brands promoted here, including HYPERDRAINED, Under Your Spell, and LAST NITE.

Information you provide. When you RSVP, contact us, or subscribe to event news, we may collect your name or alias, email address, the event you selected, your message, and your marketing preference. The current RSVP forms make name and email optional. We also receive the information needed to respond to requests you send us.
Website and advertising information. Our website and the providers described below may collect page URLs, page views, ticket-link clicks, RSVP actions, referring pages, campaign tags, advertising click IDs, timestamps, IP addresses, approximate location derived from an IP address, device and browser information, and cookie or similar online identifiers. Collection varies with the tools in use, browser settings, and applicable choices. RSVP submissions may include campaign tags and an advertising click ID associated with the visit.
Ticket information. Ticket purchases take place with third-party sellers. Depending on the event and seller, we may receive purchaser names, email addresses, order status, ticket quantities, or attendance information. Payment details are provided to the seller or its payment processor. We do not receive or store your payment card details through these external checkouts.
Website, forms, and communications. Bandzoogle hosts the website and provides website features and visitor statistics. Formspree processes RSVP submissions. Google Gmail is used for RSVP notifications and email communications. These providers receive the information needed for their respective services, subject to their agreements and privacy practices.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website. It processes website activity and technical information using cookies and similar technologies. Learn about Google's use of information from partner sites and read the Google Privacy Policy.
Meta and TikTok. We use Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel for advertising measurement, audience creation, and relevant ads. These tools allow Meta and TikTok to collect or receive website activity, online identifiers, and device information. They may combine this with information from their own services and other sources, including activity elsewhere online. They process information under their own terms and privacy policies, including for advertising and other purposes described there; their role is not limited to processing information solely on our behalf. Embedded media. Some pages include YouTube videos and Spotify players. When an embedded player loads or you interact with it, the provider may receive technical and usage information, use cookies or similar technologies, and associate activity with your account if you are signed in. Ticket sellers. Our links may take you to FIXR, See Tickets/Eventim through Club Contact, Tixr, TicketWeb, DICE, or a venue's ticketing provider. The seller's own privacy policy applies to purchases and information you provide there.
Venues and event partners. We do not give names or email addresses collected through our RSVP forms to venues, promoters, or other artists. We may share general, non-identifying totals, such as RSVP counts.
Legal disclosures. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect safety, or establish or defend legal rights.
We do not sell our RSVP mailing list. Website activity is disclosed to advertising partners as described above. Certain privacy laws use broader definitions of “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” that can include disclosures to advertising partners even without a monetary payment.
Cookies and similar technologies support website functions, visitor statistics, embedded media, and advertising. Meta and TikTok use their pixels for measurement, audience creation, and ad targeting and delivery. Google Analytics helps us understand website use. These are separate from your choice to subscribe to marketing emails.

These external tools have different scopes. Opting out of personalized ads does not necessarily stop all collection or measurement, and opening a settings link does not itself disable a pixel on this website. Choices may apply only to a particular account, browser, or device and may need to be repeated after cookies are cleared. Blocking cookies may affect embedded players or other features. Advertising tracking is not required to follow our ticket links or send an RSVP.
You can also contact trentperiod@gmail.com about privacy choices or applicable opt-out rights. Visiting this policy, submitting an RSVP, or continuing to a ticket seller does not by itself express consent to optional advertising tracking.
Do Not Track. Our website does not apply a sitewide opt-out when it receives a browser Do Not Track (DNT) signal. Some individual services may respond to this setting independently. You can use the privacy and advertising controls listed above.
If you provide contact information for an RSVP, we may use it to manage that RSVP and send information about that event. We send marketing emails about future events only if you separately opt in. Leaving the marketing checkbox unchecked does not prevent an RSVP.
You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link provided in marketing emails or by emailing trentperiod@gmail.com. After an unsubscribe, we may still send necessary messages about an event you requested. We may retain a limited record of your opt-out so that we can respect it.
We retain RSVP information as needed to manage the event and understand attendance, generally no longer than 24 months after the event. If you opt in to event news, we retain the subscription information until you unsubscribe. We may retain limited records longer where needed to honor an opt-out, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute. Information no longer needed is deleted or de-identified.
Retention by analytics, advertising, and embedded-media providers depends on the service, its settings, and the provider's policies. The RSVP retention period above does not describe every provider's cookies or records.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we handle, including two-factor authentication on accounts that store RSVP information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
PERIOD LLC is based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Their privacy policies explain their international processing and safeguards.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising. You may also have a right to appeal a decision or complain to a privacy regulator.
Send requests to trentperiod@gmail.com. We may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. We aim to respond within 30 days and will follow applicable legal deadlines and exceptions. You do not have to subscribe to marketing emails to use our RSVP or ticket links.
Our website and advertising are intended for adults. Events may have an 18+ or 21+ age requirement; check the event and ticket seller's terms. We do not target our ads to people under 18 or knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
